I kept trying to call the store to speak with a manager about my application status but everytime i call it just hangs up. Are they not answering there phone?

They are probably just busy but I've been a GM for a long time.. It looks good if you go in the store and find a hiring manager. But the phone rings all depts so it's up to someone to pick up and direct your call to right place

No they're too busy. With Covid-19 and pandemic status most places are not answering the phone because they don't have enough employee to both run the store and answer phone. Management is even working the floor.
