Do you not have staff working in your shoe dept? This is the second time I’ve tried to buy shoes and there isn’t anyone to let me try on shoes! It was the Columbus GA store

I had help getting my boys ball shoes. There is usually a lot of workers walking around that can help or get you help.

You can always stop at the customer service desk at the front door and tell him that you want to try on shoes and they'll either walk back with you or call someone to the department for you

Well google maps does not have any employees in tue shoe department. Sorry.
