I went to TSD to get a gift for my husband. When checking out, the system froze leading me to have a pending charge on my account. Pamela was doing everything she could to try and get it unfrozen. She told me she would hold the shoes for me until the money hit my account again. I was on my lunchbreak and was in a hurry so I left. The system unfroze and Pamela went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duty, and drove the shoes to me at my job. Excellent customer service and I appreciate her so much! Thank you, Pamela.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
