I have been working with Rowe Realty Management team for over 5 yrs or more. Every since I purchased my property from one of their other long term clients I decided to continue to work with their management staff because they knew the tenant's as well as having the knowledge about my property inside & out. So my personal experience with the management staff has been a pleasurable experience. An I would definitely have to highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional management company that makes being a landlord easy, especially for absentee landlord who aren't able to handle the day to day business as a landlord in person...

I've lived here for 3 years and always paid rent on time. However I'm being evicted October 31 2022. Reason. My lease is up then. Under Georgia law they have the right to do that as long as it's a 60 day notice. Also I'm disabled and on dialysis. If location has 5 or more apartments landlord could not evict me without just cause because I'm disabled. That's right only 3 apartments in complex. Update to this post!! Since I received the eviction notice I've spent 175$ in application fees to rent another apartment. I was pre approved until Rowe sent emails stating I had poor housekeeping and that they had sent several letters to me about it. I do remember getting a letter about two years ago. But not several letters. So I asked Rowe about that and if letter where sent certified. To which I was told no the letters where sent first class mail. I told them I never received them. To which they told me that was between me and post office. Remember now my eviction notice is only that my lease is up. Now ROWE is interfering with me getting another apartment. Two weeks before I received this eviction notice. There was a major water leak that was happening in apartment adjacent to mine that was going on for two months. They had stopped it for a few weeks. Then it occurred again and was extremely bad. I was constantly cleaning iwater up for two weeks. And had notified ROWE on several occasions. I reported the problem to city code of Columbus GA. Now!!! Two weeks later I get the eviction notice to leave ween my lease is up. And there is nothing on it about my housekeeping. By the way Rowe sent that certified mail to make sure I received it. Now Rowe is making it impossible to get another apartment. I'm disabled on dialysis and facing being without shelter based on emails that I haven't seen. I've added photos of my apartment. This has taken a toll on my health especially that my health is so bad I'm under constant doctor supervision. .
