My fiance and I have been here 2 years. They are sooo unprofessional. Maintenance takes 3 to 4 weeks to show up. Than when you put a work order in they close it out when they don't even attempt to come see about an issue. But they want rent paid.

I was there for 6 years and they did the same to me every time.

The people that live above us are constantly jumping and dropping things that sound like bowling balls! One day, they had their music so loud that we could hear the song they're playing, word for word! I went up there to ask them to turn it down cuz I was working (it was a Wednesday) and their response was "but we're having a party" and I told them that's fine, you can continue having the party, but please turn down the music, and she still said that they were having a party, as if that makes it okay to be inconsiderate! Plus, they like to feed the wild life bread, bananas, and even CHEETOS! And cuz of them doing that, we have the geese coming up to our door, literally knocking on it, wanting more! We told the office, and they still do it!

Same here, issues with things getting fixed; a lot of lack of communication amongst the workers in the office, every time we try to deal with them they have very poor attitudes. Tried talking to them many times about children playing in the halls late at night and ding dong ditching us and they did nothing. The grill areas are always full of garbage and not well maintained. Not worth the price we pay for rent.
