The team here is excellent. The office staff works so hard, Becky looks out for the wellbeing of her residents, the maintenance team does great work, and the events are a great way to meet other neighbors/residents!

Really nice people working at the leasing office. Sam worked with me and my wife to find an apartment best fit to my likely and she did just the we found a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment with massive space our very own in unit laundry and appliances. The buildings and parking lots are very well maintained as well. The amenities such as the pool and gym go beyond my expectations as well. The application itself was stress free and easy to complete. I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to find a comfy home.

Yes! In fact we have two fully renovated fitness centers with a brand new Peloton Bike room, as well as other recreation options such as a sand volleyball court, soccer and baseball fields, two outdoor pools, and a nearby community park with basketball and tennis courts.

My ac used to leak really bad which created mold in my carpet, but they kept tellin me it wasnt mold when it clearly was! And the air never really reached any bedrooms and if it did it wasnt until pretty much the next day.
If you have no hot water the office won't let you know they are doing repairs.
I unfortunately don't have her number. But I submitted a request back on November 29, 2021 to have maintenance look at our bathroom floor cuz it's uneven, and popping up. I finally got an email response from the maintenance manager 2 weeks ago about when would be a good time in that week for the floor to get fixed. I replied back to her with the day, and I got no response, nor has anyone come to fix it. Thankfully we're moving out in 2 months!

Water, gas, trash and pest control are all split up amongst all the residents in your individual building. Trash is a set rate of $25 per month (just raised from $19), pest control $5. We average about $90 a month, but we live in a unit with a washer and dryer. Electric is the only utility we pay for that is individually metered. If you want internet or TV you have to go through Comcast.
