If you have no hot water the office won't let you know they are doing repairs.
Run.......... do not move here!rent here is very expensive the apartment are down grade, the appliances are old and low water pressure, it takes management, forever to respond, maintenance crew are not very good. Run!
Barely, it takes us about ten minutes of running the water just to get cold water. We are constantly being sent emails saying they are doing work on our building and the water will be off or we will have no hot water. We even got a letter in May saying that they did work on the pipes and there was going to be lead in our water for an undetermined period of time and we should get a filter system. Ridiculous.
