I have been living in these apartments for more than two years and my rating would be higher if it only depended on Cassandra who is a great and human person, she is always so understanding and cooperative, and the maintenance teams are just as good, they do their best for any damage is fixed. My qualification is because an employee named Maria currently works in the offices, who is very unacceptable, NEVER SOLVES ANYTHING, she only knows how to answer that she is going to review, she only knows how to collect rent, and apart from that she does not have the slightest empathy or customer service I feel sorry for Cassandra because she has no help with this lady Maria. And also this year there was not even a pool, I am a very punctual tenant with my payments and I also want to receive.

I've looked around and this seems to be the nicest apartment complex in this neighborhood. The landscapers do a magnificent job! I also have special needs and they were able to accommodate me. Cassandra the property manager is very congenial and easy to get along with if you're considering moving give this place a chance you won't regret it.

I have been here for just over a 1 1/2 years, the complex itself is ok, you do get a lot of square footage which is nice, im in a partially remodeled apt and we still constantly have issues with things falling apart w/that said the maintenance team Scott & Scott have been amazing, they show up in a timely manner are always polite and professional and they go above and beyond, I also always see then around from sunrise to sundown working hard so it's safe to say they have great work ethic as well! Dissapointed the pool wasn't even open this year, the parks around here are absolutely tiny old and falling apart, theres a park in the middle of the buildings that has sooooo much room to work with to completely upgrade and expand the park and I think that would be a great addition for all the families w/kids that live here. The people in the office are very nice though and I haven't really had any bad experiences with them.

I was really happy living here, until they raised rent and can't even use the pool... that was the main reason I decided to live here it's almost July and they don't seem to open it. So now I gotta pay extra rent and public pools 😒
