Finding this place is one of the best things that's happened to me this year. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff do everything they can to make sure you feel listened to and cared for. I have been suffering from regular migraines for several years now, and nothing has really been able to help me cut down the frequency. But even after just a couple of weeks going to Bodyworks I noticed major improvements to my headache frequency as well as improved overall mood and health. I discovered that I have pretty awful tension in my upper back and neck, which has been contributing to these headaches (and causing tension migraines, specifically). They have been helping me strengthen these muscles to avoid this issue getting worse, and they also offer trigger point injections to offer immediate relief from the tension. Going to Bodyworks is time that I set aside for myself to focus on my health (both physical and mental), and I have noticed major payout even in just a short span of time. Some of my headache issues are linked to my hormones, so I don't anticipate being able to get rid of them fully. However, the skills and treatments I'm receiving at Bodyworks have done more than I ever anticipated to motivate and strengthen me. I won't give in to these headaches, and Bodyworks is on my side! I really can't recommend this place enough. It is a natural, wholistic way to treat any sort of pain you might be dealing with. I saw someone else say this in a review, and I agree: The only thing I regret is that it took me this long to find out about Bodyworks! If you are considering giving this place a try, I highly recommend it. You will walk away stronger, more motivated, and with unique tools to help you manage your pain.
