The driver damaged my transmission, slamming it into gear ( it’s automatic) without putting foot on the brake pedal, been calling everyday and NO RETURN CALL, lady in the office is very very RUDE , and this on my vintage 1955. Ford they damaged not only did he ruined transmission I jumped on him because he was dragging my car on the ground in park and I have pictures of the tire marks he left try to put the car up on the ramp of his tow truck. If I don’t hear a response back today I will give one of my higher power attorney friends in Chicago to deal with this !!!!!

Tow driver was great! Lady on phone was very rude. Eric was quick, efficient and very nice/understanding. Nina…… the woman who answers the phone… she, on the other hand, threatened the police on me for my card declining when someone told me the amount was $100 less than what they were trying to charge me. I immediately fixed the situation and look at that… my card went thru and I paid the driver. This all happened within 5 minutes and she threatened the police over to my residence. Ridiculous. And hostile. Very unprofessional. Maybe be a bit more accurate with the cost before you tell someone and charge them something different. Besides that I’m happy with my tow driver and the job he did. I really appreciate him :)

I’m so upset I cried to the guy who towed my car I told him my permit was in the vehicle but it wasn’t visible and with that being said is there any way they could possibly prorate the tow but all the workers were blunt and had no empathy I had to walk 30 minutes to get here I told him and he told me they needed cash and they don’t offer any atm services so now I have to find a way there and back to pay the full amount
