Yes. There are ranger type workers and maintenance. You can see almost whole park from buisness building there. The sculpture trail by wood trail, has benches. I saw one person smoke but it wasn't bothering me or anyone. Maybe the parking lots they might let it slide. Someone could have smoked in the giant gazebo. So much fresh air, that unless its 90° I think it wouldn't bother people. Just don't get caught. There's trails go to either main Street area, or residential areas where you can smoke too. Just follow sidewalk trails to the ends. Thank you
