Went in on Friday.. didn’t see Jamal and I asked Jose where he was. I usually see Jim, but he wasn’t there either. They didn’t respond after asking 3 times!!! Very rude. I am a loyal customer and didn’t not appreciate the cold shoulder..!! Luckily I had their personal cell and contacted Jim. He is across the street at Midas alongside Jamal. CarX just lossed me as a customer.
