Drove 2 and a half hours to negotiate a price on a “V6” Wrangler due to them not talking numbers over the phone. I also got a phone call while on the way up eagerly telling me that they assure me a deal can be made. Arrived to find the jeep was in fact a 4 cylinder, but that can be overlooked. Well, no deal was made because there was zero negotiation when it came to the price of the jeep. The manager said “I probably paid too much for it” when he took it as a trade for his neighbor in order to sell a Yukon to. In the future, if you guys won’t budge on a price (which is fine, just be upfront about it), maybe post an asterisk next to the price online so folks don’t waste an entire day.

Came in for JUST A OIL CHANGE, and two hours later they decided they were going to do all the safety recalls available. I did not ask for that nore did they explain they were going to proceed without my pramission. I was late to a meeting after. I was looking to trade in at the beginning of next year at this location but definitely now now.

My Low-Beam Headlights were not working. They told me they replaced a relay and all my lights were now working. When I pick up my car I saw only one headlight working. I had to put in a new light bulb myself.
