If you have any pain, please go anywhere else but BOS! They truly BOSS you around and tell you what to do next without explaining why and if they make a mistake, they will NOT acknowledge it. I went in to see a ortho specialist with only back issues and he immediately suggested epidural injection without even listening to my full story on what I've tried or if I'm a good candidate. On day of injection, immediately I felt sharp pinch and radiating pain down my leg as soon as I walk out. I NEVER had leg pain before in my life. They made by back problem worse into back and leg problem and I'm still suffering. Only the Patient Relations Dept listened carefully. The Dr. kept making excuses and suggested I get another shot or surgery. The BOS leadership replied to me first couple of times and now he even ignores me because I am preparing a legal case against BOS. Please don't go to BOS! Thanks.
