Beyond unsatisfactory work and horrible customer service in responding to making it right! I went in for an oil change and light bulb replacement. Which I provide a brand new light bulb from the Dodge dealership that was purchased 10 minutes before arriving to Jiffy Lube which is only a 10 minute drive from dealership. The technician took over 30 mins trying to put the light bulb in with no gloves on. Only to tell us that it wasn’t working. When I went back to Dodge they advised Jiffy Lube not only blew the light bulb but they also over filled my car with oil that could cause engine problems. I called a jiffy Lube manager apparently never at the location per my conversations with the staff and that we could come back to check the oil. When we returned they admitted not only that the oil was over filled but also that they put regular oil and NOT synthetic which is the only oil we have ever put in our car per Jiffy’s records. I have called corporate and the location and still no resolution on my light bulb which was $328 and it has now been 3 weeks! I called corporate again they are lost and said Franchise still hasn’t responded, well obviously not or I would not be calling for the 4th time in over a month: this is beyond ridiculous especially when we have used Jiffy Lube since at least 1996 my entire family this location in Schaumburg and the one down the street on Higgins in Hoffman Estates, which ironically has the same owner.

They're very conscious of ensuring my car is taken care of so I have no surprises. Besides changing my oil, they check for other issues that may come up in the future.
