Dog owners who are 65+ are entitled to one free annual permit per hoisehold per year with proof of senior status.
Should be free for one permit.
The age of the dog doesn't matter. It just depends on when in the year you buy the dog pass. The later in the season the cheaper. So for example now being in October would be very inexpensive.
