So. Let's crack this one here wide open. This is a Google review. I am an experienced reviewer. The constitutional rights I possess permit me to speak out about my experience. Here we go, I walked in, started an account, all was well. When I showed up for my complimentary coach meeting the coach didn't show up both for the initial meeting or the rescheduled one! Then it all ended with police on the scene. Wow! That's what I get for staying fit. If the employees for this company or a high up corporate employee has an issue with this review, they should have done something better. Even the corporate office was on the phone line in regards to a refund. The refund was not placed back in my bank account and all that's left to say is, WOW WHAT A HEAD ACHE

Machines are broken all the time and the bathrooms are always dirty. Other than that, gym is decent. Timings stopped 24/7 again and it's pretty annoying. Update: Machines are still broken pretty much all the time. They're back to 24/7 which is awesome.

The classes are challenging without feeling unobtainable. Dynamic and fresh ever time. Within two classes I knew I had to sign up for unlimited classes. Every morning I’m greeted with a smiling staff, amazing music, and another challenging work out for all fitness levels. Stop reading this review and go sign up.
