I got a question I'm thinking about buying a lot or two from a company that has lots in there but their not part of suburban estates, just is your gate the only gate to this area just trying to figure out access before I do anything. Thanks

All lots are owned by private parties or realtors. Some will have a key already "transferable " and some won't. You would have to apply for one with proof of ownership. Yes, there is only one gate!

You must buy 1.25 acre lot. However keep in mind all properties are landlocked and you can be locked out at any time
