My stepdaughter visits her mom from out of state over the summer so it was incredibly difficult to find a program to meet her needs. Everyone there was super helpful and tailored the class to meet her goal of leveling up once she gets home. We look forward to attending next summer and are super thankful to have found Ultimate.

My daughter has been enrolled with them since June 2020. Today was her last day and I can assure that I wont be recommending this place to any of my family or friends. For starters, the facility is well maintained but as far as Communication and professionalism is non exiting which I learned today. I had voiced out one of my few concerns to her couch Rachel, which was her not being attentive to my daughter during practice. There would be times that she wouldn’t get to complete some drills due to Rachel lack of engagement during class. Mind you these are 4-5 year old girls that aren’t going to stay still which I understand but they do need to put more structure/ discipline so all the girls can have a chance to participate and get the same training which is what we pay for. Now after having the conversation with Rachel she stated that her job is to make sure the girls don’t get hurt and that it is out of her control if my daughter doesn’t get the opportunity to finish. When I’ve witness all her classmates get continuous tries and my daughter gets left out. After asking Rachel what solution can we come up with so these behaviors won’t happen again I got no response. Shortly after I spoke to Mike ( Owner) and explain the situation, he mention to me for the first time that the coaches had mention my daughter doesn’t listen sometimes which never has been brought up to my attention before, even dough I ask after every class on her progress. This was never communicated to me before. Also according To Dr.Mike he implied that my daughter has a hearing impairment issue which can probably be the cause of her not listening, but maybe if the coaches had better training with smaller age group they will have happier parents and students.
