Got an oil change here and they did not do a good job. Woke up to oil on my floor. If you pay this much money for an oil change you expect it done right. Not only that but service was super slow. Will never come again and hope everyone else follows suit.

This location 216 was absolutely friendly, accommodating, and willing to help. Refreshing the to have smiling faces and care for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone in the area or stranded like me.

Update as of 9/5/22–Manager Terry acknowledged me as “MaMa and himself as the “Big Daddy” of the business, showed his frustration about the previous review I wrote, lack of knowledge of appt made, Paid hundreds of dollars on two vehicles and the issues with both vehicles is NOT resolved, and exposed his conduct to my minor Grandson. All interactions with the Manager Terry should be recorded via camera system with Tire Kingdom. I will NOT be returning to this business due to the actions/conduct of the Manager Terry.— Website says it is open and it is closed. There is a recording on the phone system. I physically went there and it was closed.

Yes!!!!!!! The store has been great since they got staffed up. The times have been much faster and the work quality has been better since the new manager name “Terry” has took over the store. Us in St. Cloud we are very loyal and we are so pride to have a mechanical place that we can trust. Thanks again guys.
