Manager Lori is FANTASTIC! One of the Doordash delivery drivers left my food on a random street corner and she took time to call them and get my food redelivered. She kept me updated the entire time so I knew what was going on. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

Very disappointed! Our rice bowls had NO flavor and were cold. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever on the rice, steak or chicken! And to top it off, dry tasteless chips with NO salsa?? $40 down the drain👎🏽

I was just in and Brie was SO helpful! I had never been to Tijuana flats before, and as soon as I came in, she made me feel at home. The ambiance is unbeatable. I ended up ordering for my entire family and I gotta say that we’ll be coming back again for more! Delicious food and great staff. Thank you Brie!!!
