I had a great experience at here. Monica Nou was very helpful. Highly recommend anyone to come here for workshops, looking for jobs or training to learn new job skills.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. While Massachusetts RESEA program in itself is a rather disappointing and often encumbering requirement for most, the staff here did their best to make it as painless and helpful as possible...

I had a wonderful experience at MassHire Greater Lowell. The work that is happening there is amazing. On the 3rd and 4th floors, the staff are working diligently to ensure that youth in the greater Lowell area are connected to valuable work experiences that will help them navigate their careers after they graduate from high school. Please contact them for more information or to partner.

As a walk in asking for more information, they were very rude and presented themselves very unprofessionally. I was told they do not have job postings unless I go to a seminar. When I went to their website, I saw this was incorrect. I think they thought I am much younger than I actually am (regardless that shouldn't matter). On a separate occasion, 2 different workers called me on the phone to have me apply to a job that I am qualified for. They told me to go to a particular office, with certain documents- which was the wrong information, not what was required of the job, and a waste of my time. I think i'll be all set without their services. ;)
