Terrible experience starting from doctor quality, staff, and patient management. I saw doctor for prescription renewal 2 times and was told that doctor will authorize. They never sent an authorization to pharmacy and one month later told me to see doctor again to renew my prescription. They are doing bait and switch to make money and not to help patients.

Terrible service, by both the doctor and staff. During check-in, none of my information was verified (DOB, address, pharmacy, ID, nothing!). Nurse calls me back and leads me directly towards the exam room (no vitals, chief complaint, or ROS taken). Exam room did not have an examination bed (just had 2 chairs). Door remained opened for the entirety of the visit (I could hear the doctor speaking to the patient in the room next door, which is a total HIPAA violation). Once Dr. Lodhi came in, his attitude was very dismissive towards my complaint. It seemed like he wanted to rush through and leave as quickly as possible. He mainly focused on dispensing medication, rather than physically examining my tender points and listening to what I was trying to explain. To top it all off, once the visit finished and I obtained a print-out of the office note, I noticed it contained vitals. Ones which were never recorded! That's right, the doctor fabricated my BP, HR, and temperature. As well as other assessments. Weeks later, I raised this concern to the office manager; I imagine she's still discussing this with the doctor directly because it's been weeks and I still have not received any follow-up regarding this matter. Honestly, please save your time and effort and find another specialist. Dr. Lodhi is not worthy of participating in your healthcare.
