Frustrating experience trying to get ahold of a pediatrician. My daughter was seen this past Saturday, the prescription I was told would be called in for her asthma wasn’t. I was told the doctor was being paged Saturday afternoon- I received no phone call. The prescription was only filled because I took action. Now trying to get in touch with her doctors office and/or nurse has been a nightmare. On hold for ten minutes no one came back to the line. I have a sick child and no one seems it important to respond to a MyChart message or connect me with the office staff. Doctor suggested a medication if not getting better. HOW do I get in touch for this if no one responds?

Consistently a pleasant experience when coming here. The only drawback is Karen who handles the phone calls. She is routinely rude and unhelpful.

Duly has a system where you can only call a call center (during business hours too) or leave a written message for your primary care physician or staff. Lost are the days where you could call your doctors office. The messaging is not responded to. The doctor is great, but they "manage" your access to them. Then the office staff are gatekeepers and decide if you as a patient are worthy of taking a call (as transferred from a call center).

This report concerns my lab experiences only and at the Lombard site only The facility itself is beautiful, neat and clean. I have never gone to a physician there so this report does NOT reflect on them. I went for a 24 hour urine in June only to be told later by my doctor that I had to retake the test because the lab did only one of the two ordered on the urine. In August, I did another 24 hour urine. Not only did the lab neglect to tell me that this test requires 24 hour pretest special foods to avoid, but also gave me the incorrect jug for the test( every jug has special chemicals depending on what's being tested). Maybe its not the lab's job to tell me what special requirements are needed to take the test? My doctor researched it and did inform me. Anyways, I got a call from my doctor's office letting me know that the wrong jug was given to us and that I had to do the test over AGAIN. One positive, a lab tech from the lab tried to call me after I dropped of the collection but I missed the call. Slso, at least a result wasn't faked to avoid the error having to admit to an error in giving out wrong jug.. Perhaps the regulars are on vacation and newbies are there for the summer? I don't recall this type of incompetence before this summer.

I know you can go as early as 6 am at my location in lombard.
I had my labs done on December 22, they were open then... you just walk in like you used to and they call you in when they are ready for you... wear a mask...
I don't know if you can not in a sleep study . You should ask dupage med if you can
