Horrible experience. I paid for the full detail service and my car was still dirty. Took it back and still was dirty and with water spots on the seats. Purchased in advance another service but when trying to cancel the staff didn't know how to cancel the transaction.

The spray-on wax was done terribly. Did not buff properly and left residue all over. Had to wash it elsewhere to remove that stuff and I also found a long scratch that I had to buff out.

I am not sure to be honest. That might be something they do with a full detail. If it isn't listed I would just ask. They are super helpful
I do not work there, but I will tell you that I took my somewhat neglected 2005 Ford Eacape there in 2017 for an interior and exterior detail. What I got back was brand new, showroom floor cleanliness of a level I have never seen. I remember a cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $150.00. I recommended them to a friend who had his wife's car done there as well. He was as equally impressed as I was.
No. They do not. They might use a power spray on some of the tough spots beforehand. But regardless, the washes are ecxellent.
