I've been out there a few times and have seen some people with their dogs running loose around them. I've never noticed it to be a problem with any others there. However, the areas I've been in have not been near where most people park and mill around...but within the disc golfing trails and the portion directly adjacent to the lake...where there is plenty of room for your little guy to run and play.
Last time i was out there.it seemed like there were ordinance signs saying pets were to be on leashes at all times.
