There is no regular schedule (that I'm aware of) for when they take off and land. They are more active during the week than the weekends. If you park on the north side of the 820 bridge over Lake Worth then they will fly right over you!
Not up close. From various roads you might get a little glimpse.
If you to close security will run you off.
There are viewing areas (not necessarily official but commonly used) along public roads that border the base.
Not sure what you will see, but people park along the street and watch and take pictures of planes
Yes. Take the Lockheed Blvd exit from I-30W and you will see places to pull off the road where you can park next to the fence around the base. Just don't attempt to climb the fence and you'll be okay.
