rented this venue on June 18th 2022 from 3p to 10p got there early there was a bag of trash in there smelt like they just mopped with a dirty mop I needed tables for 80 people wasn't enough one table was broke smh the there was a little brown table that was broke garbage disposer was broke as well...Charles come talking about ya'll need to start cleaning up around 830p fussing talking about he had to go too work very unprofessional he is a fast talker...He wouldn't give me my deposit back he claims 1 reason is because we put balloons in the dumpster well where the hell was I suppose to put it claiming they wouldn't have room to put any trash in there and it would be a fine smh I would not recommend this place at all

My cousin rented this Salon last night from 12:30pm - 1am, tables and restrooms where dirty and on top smelt like urine, floors looked as if they hadn’t been mopped in days and on top the breakers went out like 5 times and the audacity for Charles to come in at 1 am saying “we needed to get”! From the time of booking till the end nothing but bad customer service! You do not treat people in that way!
