Dear Lord this place has terrible reviews. I hope it's improved.

Still better than Sundance and Dallas Behavioral

If you are comparing his horrible place to Sundance, the Bar is not really high. I attended classes regarding my depression at Sundance and everyone I came in contact with was very respectful and nice. When I was at Hickory Trial it felt like a prison. Staff rude as hell. No smiling faces. They made you participate in activities. At night they talk loud and play music, so you can’t sleep. This place needs to be closed. I was also touch by another patient there. He came in my room and would not leave. I can’t wait til this place close. Please reconsider before you go here. If you get a chance to leave, RUN FOREST RUN!!!!

I am a retired psychiatric RN. This facility has just gotten a new CEO named Jeff Baker. I worked with Jeff and know him to be a very good man. If anyone can change the culture there, it would be him.

This place is under new management and has improved drastically.
