I originally found Alison via Google by searching “State Farm agent Dallas” when I moved to Dallas-Fort Worth. They asked we meet in person and everyone was so friendly in our first and only in-person appointment. As everyone would wish, we didn’t need to see or talk to the insurance company for over 5 years. January 1 we found a leaking pipe that had caused extensive damage throughout our house. At first, we had problems with our claim (note: State Farm took care of the issue and it was no fault of Alison or her team). I reached out to Alison’s team and they went above and beyond throughout the process. Her husband, Gary, was attentive, respectful, and calmed my anxiety.
