I was at Dr Dean's office a couple of times, I just loved the Doctor from my first appointment with him... But in April I had an appointment which was scheduled in the morning but I thought it was an afternoon appointment, so I went in the afternoon and was turned back cos the time of my appointment had passed.. I got rescheduled, on the day of the appointment, they found an excuse to discharge me on the basis that I had two insurance.. Chip Perinatal and United Healthcare.. then I was 13weeks pregnant.. it took me another 2months and one emergency room visit with heavy bill before I could get assigned to another doctor who is very far away from me... now I just called the doctor Dean's office to tell them I have one insurance now and would like to use them for my delivery and they bluntly turned me down that I've been discharged and my account is locked so they can't schedule me again..that was mean and very inconsiderate...I feel so hurt..

I was a patient here for a good minute until i experience SEVERE micro aggression from the front staff. They scheduled my appointment for a time they would not be in office and the door was locked when i arrived for my appointment. i decided to call- no answer. After several minutes of waiting they finally opened the door and told me i was late for my appointment and would not be able to see me. i could hear one of the staff trash talking me behind the door. I let them know of their mistake back then, no foul language, no yelling. and when i called today i find out my account is flagged for the previous “conflict” and i cannot make another appointment. I DEFINITELY feel targeted consider the whole staff is white and that’s how they decided to go about THEIR MISTAKE.

I’m not a patient here but my sister WAS. She called me crying yesterday saying how the doctor was extremely mean/rude to her because she’s overweight and high risk. Okay it’s not what you say it’s how you say it especially being a so called professional. If you don’t see overweight/high risk patients then it needs to be on your website or told when patients call. But my sister called me hysterically crying so I knew she wasn’t lying or being overly sensitive so therefore she will not be returning to that clinic and I’ll make sure to find her an OB that specializes in high risk patients..

He is my doctor and he safely deliver my twins, boy and girl at 37 weeks 4 days on March 1, 2022. Now my babies are 2 months and 2 weeks old. He is strict but the best doctor I can say. Thank you Dr. Dean. Here’s the pictures of my twin babies. I love them so much! My Gorgeous Babies😘😘
