I have a friend who lives in this apartment complex there was a flood back in August 2022 and his apartment was flooded he has flood damage property damage and no one sent somebody to do the proper procedures to try the walls management never came to inspect his apartment there is mold and mildews in the wall air condition leaks as of now everything he reports does not get repaired properly. He's been asking for a one bedroom unit since 2021.

I have never lived here but I called for information & although she wasn't rude, the information was given assuming everyone had bad rental history, a criminal or couldn't afford the apartments. That's not a very good 1st impression. It made me look at the reviews...Thank you

Pecan Crossing Corporate Office for Pecan Crossing Apartments 1225 E Pleasant Run Road, DeSoto Texas 75115. My apartment has been broken into. The first attempt I filed a Police Report and requested to be moved out of the apartment because I do not feel safe living in the current apartment and the Corporate Office said the person actually has to break into the apartment well on Sunday/Monday Morning around 12:00 a.m March 7, 2022 the person was caught on video camera the lady and broke the window crawled thru the window and went into my apartment and again I reported the incident to Corporate office providing a second police report. The Corporate Office for Pecan Crossing Apartments reply to me after I provided the second police report was that to move out I would have to pay $400.00 security deposit, loose the $300.00 security deposit I previously paid when I moved in back in August, my rent would go up from $900.00 to $1,000.00. I have filed two police reports and sent the reports to the Corporate Office to Qubo and Jim at Corporate and they will not move me out of the apartment when I am not safe living in my current apartment at Pecan Crossing Apartments in DeSoto, Texas. I need help and it's unfair I pay my rent on time every month. I have file two complaints with the DeSoto Police Department. I am not asking for money back or any thing other than to be moved to a different apartment."
