I have a family member that was recently admitted to this place.When calling to check on them I was told my family member would need to give me there ID# in order for me to communicate or visit them.

Yes you do the number is given to them at the time of admission. Sometimes the people at the front can give it to you if your the Mother or Father of the person admitted
