How do you schedule an appointment when no one answers the phone or returns voicemails??

Yeah you'd have to go in. But they do tale care of whatever it is that you may need. So if you're not into the crowds and long waits. Then go at 3-4pm you'll get out ofnthere faster because they close at 5pm
