Call ahead to make sure you have everything. Get there a little early and no matter what be nice.
Ask the manager
Calling the office to make an initial appointment for an eligibility interview is probably the best idea, since you seem to be a "new customer", so to speak. Otherwise, you may wind up spending a lot of time waiting at their office, which is not fun.
