THIS FACILITY IS NICE! THE STAFF AND FRONT DESK IS SO RUDE AND NASTY!! ITS RIDICULOUS. THEY ARE UNDER STAFFED. THEY WILL NEVER KEEP OUTSIDE HELP BECAUSE OF THE RUDE, SNOBBY, NASTY & UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!! THAT THEY CHOOSE TO KEEP EMPLOYED!! I NEVER WANT TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN!! THERE IS NO COORPRATE NUMBER TO CALL AND REPORT THIS TO!!

The new management team, Frontier, has made a very negative impact on the quality of care currently being provided as of 4/25/22. They are understaffing all shifts and cutting hours causing good staff to quit. Agreed upon Care Plans are not followed and communication/training of the rotating door on staff is very poor. Reported incidents are not addressed with the family. Rooms are not cleaned well and my mom can go without a well check in for 8 or more hours. I called the police recently to provide a well check as night time phone contact with staff is unpredictable at best. It is currently an unsafe environment in my opinion. We are moving Mom out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility.

Some of the staff is really nice but Frontier Management the owner of Auberge is horrible, uncaring and money grubbing. They will raise rates on residents for any reason. Taking advantage of the elderly and disabled appears to be their moneymaker.

My aunt and uncle lived at Auberge at Naperville for 2 yrs and loved it. They had a great relationship with the Administrator (I think his name was Brian), and loved the activities person, Dondre. I’d recommend this community to other families.
