Yes, calling that office might get very frustrating and it might be a better idea just to go there. It's better to go there or call after 1 pm. They already took care of the morning appt so there is less people waiting and more time to answer the phone.
The fact of the matter is, I experienced with myself, I called dozens time, no one answered, never got return call. Also I agree with them, there is a load & pressure on them in some days of the week. It's not mean that caller's, call must be returned by the end of the day or after But the call must be answered or returned. Thanks a lot for your attention.
If you are calling a certain person then they might be out of the office or with another client. Yeah it does get frustrating because sometimes they call you days later when you needed the question answered that same day. Doing a face to face is the best even though probably driving there can be a hassle.

You are right they must take action, because always long waiting at this place. They reply always through walk-in.
