i sent in the form for my snap benefits in november. it was long before the due date in december. my snap benefit shows a balance of 0. i do not understand why. cant someone help?

They had problems with the systems and a lot of people lost their benefits. You have to go into the office to correct it. It happened to me and i went into the office and corrected the problem. If u dont go in you will never get it.
