It's best to call ahead, but you are able to do walk ins for shots. You may have to wait longer without an appointment, and with one you will be in and our with 15-20 min.
I just took my puppy there a fee days ago they were going to do his shots right then. I didn't have an appointment just a walk in

If they are existing canine patients maybe not. I often am just told to bring them in.
