*For the record …..this place does not even deserve 1 star but I had no choice but to select it in order to leave a HONEST review * **Pet owners, if you want great customer service equivalent to the money you pay for service … this is not the place *** MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Please see below: Attention Banfield Corporate To whom it may concern: MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The Dr was just as bad because she advised the front desk to turn me away and I had a scheduled appointment. No wonder the staff responds the way they do (it’s starts from the top) I am writing this review as courtesy as I escalate my concern and frustration to your corporate team. Words cannot express how unhappy I am with your customer service Just a short briefing for you (full details will be posted in a review on social media) I had a scheduled appointment (10:30am 11/1) and made all of the appropriate arrangements to make it ON TIME and to walk in and hear that I had to drop my dog off and there was not an estimated on when he would be seen and that I could be rescheduled for later day as if I have nothing to do. On top of that… to add injury to insult, I was advised to try do a walk in at another pet hospital down the street !!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE!!! No one had the integrity to call to reschedule my appointment to prevent me from driving 45 minutes and canceling other business appointment I previously had scheduled!!! Seriously! This is 100%! Not acceptable! I may be one client but if this is the treatment and service that you all are offering… you will continue to loose business until there’s no business.

I've been a customer with my pets at this Banfield specifically for about 13 years! My dogs are pretty healthy and of course are getting older and different things started onsetting. As I bring them in to Banfield for my concerns, it's like they are more interested in pushing prescriptions that may not even work, to get more money. One of my dogs ended up succumbing to her lymphnodes and even though she has passed away, I still have to pay for the remainder of her wellness plan for my deceased dog. My other dog is now going through the same thing, call to express my concerns and it's like they don't have any sense of urgency or compassion, it's like oh well, wait til the end of the week. Push more prescriptions, run tests that I don't even think is really helping. I'm like dang, after all these years, when my dogs need care the most, I am not confident Banfield is doing great, it's like what am I paying for??? 13 years as a valued customer with 2 pets and one is now deceased as of 2 months ago and my last pet is declining and I have to just watch her suffer when I'm paying for healthcare I can't get. They say go to emergency but I'm paying Banfield! That's more money. I'm done with Banfield. No more.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Yes
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
