Very poor experience. Dr.Davis was rushed during my appointment, botched my prescription refill. Now that she left the practice, they are not handling her mistakes in an ethical way. Do not recommend.

Stay away. They charged me $171 for a single injection of a cyst (20 seconds of PA time) and I just got a bill for another $46. They used to charge $50 for an injection without insurance. They blamed their new "billing system". This practice has not been the same since a group of conscientious doctors left about 4 years ago. NDDA has sold out and doesn't actually care about patients anymore. They are about accutane and Botox and catering to the vanity of Dallas women.

It’s insane how some of the most unethical companies, have the highest Google ratings. To start, the woman who schedules appointments is beyond rude , she clearly doesn’t want to be there and she was very nasty and short with me as if I was irritating her by asking questions. Now I’d expect this level of behavior somewhere less professional such as a hair salon or some restaurant. But it’s appalling to be treated this way by a dermatology clinic. Needless to say, I had a gut feeling even before reading their reviews, that this office will not be competent or knowledgeable regarding skin to be able to help me. But they sure as hell will run you up a pretty penny.

Pristine check in area. Desk staff very courteous. Dermatologist has great bedside manner and knows her stuff.
