I took my kittens in to be spayed and neutered when we got home we realized they traded my kitten out with a different kitten. They indicated that the wasn't any proof. They have cameras yet no proof. Make sure before you leave the facility you have the animal you took in is the same animal you take back home.

The staff was wonderful, kind and caring. Dr Kevin Gibbs was thorough and informative to me about my dog. I am so glad I have found this clinic!!!

The service was fine, but the experience was terrible. Here's the thing, my cat was not comfortable, I brought her to the office, at the end, they charged me for the visit, and the vaccine, I was not told at first, they just charged it. Then I asked them, since my little baby was feeling well and was unable to do the vaccine, I asked them if I can make the payment next time, they said: no, you need to pay it right now. I feel like, okay. Then later (I do apologize that I forgot about that), I called again, they told me, no, you need to pay again, it's not working. The first thing that really bothers me is that nobody told you it would expire. You prepaid something, you didn't realize that it would expire. Actually if I pay for a vaccine, it's for the vaccine itself and the service (doctor helped with it). If it's expired, where's my expired vaccine? You paid for something, and it's just gone. Then, nobody ever told you it would expire. If you don't know my email, don't know my phone number, it's fine. BUT the office does know about it. They reminded you offers, deals, office open, office close, reminded you to bring your beloved back for exam and vaccines. They sent me emails almost every week, but they didn't remind you, you had vaccine going to expire. I feel like they only care about the money, once they charged it, it's done. After that, I called the office, the front desk lady told me "no", I had some further questions, they just had one answer "no". I said, okay, I need to talk to your manager, she said, okay, she has your number, she will call you. Then, 3 days later, nothing. Now it's Friday, I don't think I'll evet receive a phone call. They don't care. The only thing I've learned, don't prepay anything. BTW, after reading some of the feedback of the negative reviews (I didn't realize there are that many!), they probably will say, we don't have a customer who called this name, or we've never received such a phone call, or bla bla bla...

We have been clients of EDVC for about 30 years. We're on dogs #5 and #6 in that time. Love the practice!

Appointment Monday-Friday (u can call and check if there's any openings) and walk ins welcomed Saturday (I believe after 12:30pm)
Sylvia, East Dallas Veterinary takes walk-ins. I never had to wait very long. Rabies shot for my cat was part of their annual exam so I don't know the cost for just it. I also don't know if you can get just a rabies shot without an exam. Call them in the morning and ask. They are wonderful people.
No, still the same number
If it's a feral cat they do it for free in Dallas county.
