So disappointed in them. Started out good...and sadly they let me down two weeks ago (they couldn't get my fur kid in for a limp he was having until TWO weeks)...we took him to his old vet the same day, they got him up to speed. I was working to get a refill...and the old vet said he was overdue on his vaccines. I was like..what, not possible because we've taken him to Life Animal several times over the last year and certainly he got his shots (we always make fun of 'shot' day 'shots' 'shots') and Life Animal had been giving us his heartworm medicine. The girl told me about 10 times "we make courtesy calls" and I had to ask her to stop repeating herself and help me as we were going out of town and I just want him up to date on vaccines (and to get his refill).... she was no help, expressed zero interest in making sure we are taken care of.... I am shocked to be brutally honest. Talk about a let down.

I do not recommend this veterinary facility. Everything was a struggle. I was referred by my regular vet to them for an ultrasound for my dog, so to be fair I never met the veterinarian. This review is for his office and staff. They are a closed office for COVID protocols, so all of the following interactions were done in the parking lot. The report they gave to me was unreadable like it had come from a fax. It appears in retrospect that they only have a fax machine because when I asked them to email it to me, it never came. They didn't say that, but they never did email me any of the documentation for some reason. After more research, I found out that they actually outsourced the ultrasound to another company. No wonder the ultrasound was $300+. Once I contacted the company who actually did the ultrasound directly, I was given clear readable reports by email. I hoped that I never had to deal with them again, but alas, in order to do the ultrasound, they had to give a rabies shot. I didn't notice it at first, but the tag they gave was 2021, a year expired and my certification had the wrong address on it. When I called to get a new tag, they were too busy that day and asked me to come pick it up the next day. I arrived only to find out that they did not have any 2022 tags and wanted to charge me $6 to print the certification with the correct address. I left with an expired tag with staff assuring me that no one reads tags anyway. I do have to say that the people I dealt with were not necessarily unfriendly or unkind but whether it was their lack of technology or straight up incompetence, I spent way to much time trying to get simple, readable reports and certification that should/could have been done in minutes.
