AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I recently got my license and had to take my Dad’s car in for service. I had never had to take a car in for service by myself before and they were so helpful. They walked me through what I needed to do, explained what was wrong and fixed the issues the same day. I highly recommend Chase Kohler, he’s an amazing service advisor. I’m slightly indifferent about Sewell Subaru. In service we had excellent service until Garrett Askew left, then it is hit or miss. We recently visited to purchase a new car, and was helped by Phil. He was polite but wasn’t super helpful, he told us it’s a lost cause to buy a new car unless we order it. We asked to look at a used and he told us we’re wasting our money. We ended up ordering one, we just expected better service. We have purchased around 10 cars from Sewell BMW and their sales experience isn’t even comparable to our treatment at Subaru.
