My $6,000 package has been sitting in this craphole for 4 weeks now. The destination is ONE HOUR away. You should be shutdown, absolutely useless customer support that just transfers you a million times, hangs up, gets nasty, and never calls back like they say. Hopefully UPS loses their contract next year and disappears. Worst shipping company.

Home all day outside.said no one home to get package.try to call that's a joke.just kept saying I'd have to pick it up but not say we're to pick it up at.will not order anything else from a company that uses UPS

I was nervous about UPS leaving an important package on my front step while I wasn't home so I asked them to hold the package here. They called me when it was ready for pick up and answered all the questions I had. I had quite a few questions because UPS's website is a bit of a nightmare to navigate. For example I also got an email to tell me my package was ready for pickup (with the wrong address for the customer center) and a link that said "instructions for pickup." When I clicked on the link it took me to a page on how to ship a package. For sure if you have questions the people here are super helpful and you don't have to struggle with the website ( I know that is just the larger corporation's deal.) I'm glad I got my order and that it was quick and painless.
