This is always a problem with this store. I suggest you try the website first or Home Depot
I wont step foot in this store ever again spent around 100k my guess in 10 years there but how I have been treated the least year there I'll never go back
Yes it is almost impossible to get help over the phone.
Poor service! Cannot handle order and delivery properly. Lost the freezer for weeks and had to get to a manager. He did a search and found it. They blame it on a new order system being installed
