The service at the lowes in longview is horrible. I won't shop there again. Home Depot has far better services selection. Lowes is busy because the don't employ enough.
I had the same problem in Longview. I got someone to answer phone in Tyler then they hung up on me during transfer. They are very busy but also courteous in stores.
We just more here from Dallas. Lowe's was hard for my wife to call and get anyone LOCAL. We drove over and waited in line to order the new appliances. Very busy in the stores. Shows in their sales reports...strong sales gains. Great installation packages.
