Yes, select the Longview Lowes as your store online. As you are going through checkout you are asked if you or someone else will be picking up the order. Select someone else and enter thier Information. Then they will be able to pick up the order.
I'm not sure- I have never bought anything on line- but I think you can.
You can buy online and have it delivered to the z Longview address but make sure you order from Longview store
