Some targets offer a delivery service but some don't. You can get deliveries from target from door dash, favor and other companies like those.
If you are ordering online the website will tell you shipping costs before you finalize your purchase. I believe they have free shipping if using the Target red card. Not sure what other delivery costs you may be referring to.
