The website says last day for tubing in 2021 is September 26

Yeah this water is about 30 to 40° below air temperature anyway so with the decreased flow and that they're usually done end of September

I know someone that has told me you could basically go whenever. You would just need a tonto pass and your own tubes. And 2 vehicles, park 1 at the bottom so you can drive back up to the car ya left at the top. So I guess 2 tonto passes. You can get them at circle k.
